419 biflex needs help

can anyone spot what's missing on this 419 biflex driver without scrolling down for the answer?



so im playing these after i cobbled a couple boxes together. and the midrange and highs sounded way off. the bass did dig pretty low and clear even with the backs just setting in with no screws in. they sounded great out of the boxes, but with very little bass.
so i did a little looking around to find out a little about doping surrounds and i think i have an answer.
